This is just for those who aren't in any of the following bands, but still visit the board.
There's a gig at Woden Youth Centre on February 13 (friday 13, holy shit!) at 6 pm featuring Adelle and supporting acts Pleased to Jive You, Astrochem & Yoko Oh No.
Then the next Saturday (?!) the 21 of Feb, at WYC, there's a gig featuring Slovac and supporting acts Vera Cruise, Astrochem, Turbulence and Eveola, 6 pm, $5 at the door.

Pete, are you talking about Astrochem playing twice or Yoko playing twice?
And yeah, playing twice sucks. Not really for the band itself, more for the other bands, because their fans split. Some of them go to one gig, some are "I'll wait til next week," instead of being able to get them all together for a gig.
But I get to see Astrochem twice, so I'm happy.

Cindy called it "The Saturday Experiment". So it MUST be good.

Yeah, Cindy is trialing Saturday shows for 3 months. And every one of those dates are booked already. Cindy and I were talking about it last year sometime.
